All guests must fill out a participant's declaration form before receiving any service from Extreme Maldives.
SAFETY IN THE WATER
DO NOT kick with the fins or stand on any corals
DO NOT stir up sediment
DO NOT feed fish
DO NOT collect marine life
Wear a life jacket if you can’t swim or if you are just learning to swim
DO NOT swim or snorkel alone, Always swim and snorkel with a buddy in a designated Swimming area
Swim parallel to the shore. If you swim out too far, you may be too tired to swim back
DO NOT swim, snorkel or surf during thunderstorms, heavy rain, or gusty winds. Since the weather conditions are unpredictable, it is always advisable to check and seek advice and information before any kind of water-related Activities
DO NOT panic if caught with a current or underflow, but raise one arm up and float until help arrives
DO NOT struggle if seized with a cramp, but raise your arm for help, float, and keep the affected parts of your body perfectly still.
DO NOT touch or chase marine life
CANOE AND STAND-UP PADDLE BOARD
Complimentary activities are subject to availability. Duration allocated 30 minutes per day per room basis
Parent or Guardian must accompany children below 12 years for all activities
Wearing life jacket is mandatory during all the activities
Watersports lagoons are only allocated areas for Canoeing and Stand up paddling
All the equipments must be returned to Watersports after use
In case of any damage occurring to the equipment or accessories, the cost price will be charged as below:

SNORKELING AND EQUIPMENT
Snorkelling lesson is highly recommended for beginners. Every morning at 9:00 we provide a complimentary snorkelling lessons for beginners, and you can take the equipments afterwards
Who have snorkelling experience can collect snorkelling equipment from Water Sports at any point during your stay
Wearing life jacket is mandatory during all the activities
One day prior to departure, snorkeling equipment must be returned to the Watersports center
In case of any damage occurring to the equipment, the cost price will be charged as below:

SCUBA DIVING
Certification must be presented to be accepted as a diver
An orientation dive is mandatory for all certified divers. The exceptions are dive professionals (dive master and above), divers with 100+ logged dives with recent dive experience
Valid dive insurance is mandatory for all the divers
Maximum Depth Limit is 30 meters
Maximum Dive Time is 45 minutes
24 hour surface interval is required prior to flying
Daily Dive sites will be chosen based on the weather conditions and level of the divers experience
All Dive activities are subject to weather condition and minimum number of guests
RESERVATION POLICY
All the schedule adventures are subject to weather conditions, and minimum number of 6 or 8 guest
12 hours advance reservation is required for all the excursions
All the Watersports and scuba diving reservations are subject to availability.
50% Discount for child aged 5-12 years on sheduled excursions, Watersports and Scuba Diving will be fully charged
Duration of the excursion mentioned is from the time of departure form the resort to the arrival back in the resorts
It's recommended to be at Watersports center 15 minutes prior to the start time.
All prices are in US dollars and inclusive 10% Service charge + 16% Good and Service Tax. (GST)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee of 50% will be charge for cancellation made less then 4 hours prior to the trip, and for no show
Dress Code
The Maldives is a Muslim country so you are advised to wear conservative clothing when visiting the Male' City or Local Islands. If you plan to visit a mosque or religious site, in particular, you must wear clothes that cover your knees and shoulders, and women may be required to cover their heads.
PERTICIPANTS DECLARATION
I take part in the activities of Extreme Maldives Water Sports Center at my own risk. ( I have to inspect the equipment’s prior to use and report eventual defects immediately to the Extreme Maldives
I take full responsibility for any injuries encountered during the participation in any of the activities
I take full responsibility for self- caused damages against people. And equipment ( as determined by LAW, RULES and REGULATIONS of Maldives)
I confirm that I do Not have any medical complications hindering the participation in the activities of Extreme Maldives Water Sports Center
Parent or Guardian must accompany children below 12 years for all activities
I understand that dolphins are in their natural environment and it is beyond excursion organizer's control to guarantee sighting of dolphins during the excursion I acknowledge that in such instances no refund will be offered if dolphins are not sighted
I understand that fishing has an element of chance and agree that the Water Sports Centre is not responsible if I do not catch a fish during the excursion
Extreme Maldives is not liable for damages, delay and unexpected events or cases of force majeure. (Bad weather, etc.)
Extreme Maldives does not take any responsibility for any valuable things left at the Waters sports center or in the boats
Extreme Maldives will not be responsible for any incidents occurred due to the customers not complying with the instructors instruction
I confirm that I am able to swim and I know how to use the Snorkeling equipment
I understand that wearing a life jacket is mandatory during all the water sports activities
I understand that I will bear any damage to the equipment during my usage (as per Extreme Maldives spare parts price list)
I agree that in case of damage from or not returned equipment the costs will be added to my bill. (In case of snorkeling equipment: mask USD 55, snorkel USD 20 and fins USD 60, Life vest USD 50, Gopro Camera 250 USD)
I do understand that cancellation or early determination from my part will not entitle me for any refund
I hereby acknowledge that this declaration will be applicable to all the activities I participate in Extreme Maldives Water sports during my stay at Sheraton Maldives
Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the signature of their parents or guardian before undertaking any activities
I here with confirm with my signature that I have understand the term and conditions stated and will accept these accordingly
I comply with the instructions of the instructor or one of his/her assistants
