Himmafushi Island is one of the best places to visit to learn about the Maldivian culture, history, and local artisans. It is a small, beautiful island with a population of 1,200 residents, where many family members living under one roof. The island is less then a kilometre long and wide.
The Sheraton to Himmafushi tour by speedboat takes 15 minutes. Our guide will take you on a tour of the island, after which you may explore the souvenirs stores. Himmafushi also consists of a water bottling facility and a tuna factory.
