SAFETY  IN THE WATER

• DO NOT touch marine life
• DO NOT kick with the fins or stand on any corals
• DO NOT swim, snorkel or surf during thunderstorms, heavy rain, or gusty winds. Since the weather conditions are unpredictable, it is always advisable to check and seek advice and information before any kind of water-related Activities
• DO NOT panic if caught with a current or underflow, but raise one arm up and float until help arrives
• DO NOT struggle if seized with a cramp, but raise your arm for help, float, and keep the affected parts of your body perfectly still.
• Swim parallel to the shore. If you swim out too far, you may be too tired to swim back
• Wear a life jacket if you can’t swim or if you are just learning to swim
• DO NOT swim or snorkel alone, Always swim and snorkel with a buddy in a designated Swimming area
